We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must email us within 3 days of receiving the item at Info@pulchervestis.com including pictures of the item and a copy of your receipt. Once we receive your email and approve the return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns must be sent within 7 business days to the following address:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including all products in the Bodysuits, Lingerie, underwear & Swimwear collection
. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for store credit and place a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We only issue refunds in the form of store credit, and no cash refunds are available. Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned product. Once we receive your return, please allow an additional 10 business days for the refund to be processed. No refund will be issued before the product's reception and inspection.
